Life Drawing with Charcoal

My Art Classes are a great way to enjoy a break from routine.

Anyone can draw, with me as your guide. I focus on applying the fundamentals of art - developing the basics of shape, perspective, shading, composition, colour mixing, and application to create still life drawings. Working at your own pace, once this stage is mastered with confidence, you’ll progress to painting your very own still life masterpiece!

Life Drawing Workshop

“Due to attending Violetta’s soft pastel classes, I have noticed my own acrylic paintings have improved. My touch is lighter and using lighter techniques pushes my mountain landscapes back.” - John Whiteside

“I started art classes with Violetta after seeing some of her works at a local market. She encouraged, advised and guided but most of all allowed me to develop my “eye”. I still have a way to go but the most valuable aspect of the class for me is the total immersion and peace I find when drawing and painting. Thank you Vi. :)”   - Fiona R.

“I recently enrolled in Art Classes held with Violetta. I am thoroughly enjoying discovering how to draw using charcoals and looking forward to upcoming lessons using pastels. Violetta takes time to work with us, one on one, assisting us to develop our own ability.”  - Cathy Munro
